I was going to be content with just that, but the ultrasound machine was already on when the doctor came in our exam room, so we got a bonus peek at our Little Roo. If you think giving fetuses a nickname is dumb, feel free to mock me. Regardless, we call it our Roo, mostly so we don't have to call it "it" until the end of next month when we find out what "it" is. I'd post a picture of the ultrasound, but it's pretty unintelligible. Roo is really squished right now. So imagine a black and white Rorschach ink blot test and you'd be pretty close.
Did I mention how excited I am to be 14 weeks pregnant? Bryan has had to deal with watching my random bouts of jumping up and down and screaming, "I'm so excited!!" So weird... I just now figured out how the Kangaroo nickname developed.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!! So excited for you! And I totally agree, hearing the heartbeat and seeing the little baby blob :) is the greatest thing in the world. Congrats Lisa!

Kali, of course we planned it! It was part of our "let's be the exact same so we can stay friends forever" plot. Genius? Yes. The funny thing is, the Bryans still haven't picked up on it...
